  16. on Long Island, New York. Grucci oversaw a family fireworks
  17. business that began in Italy in the mid-1800s. During his
  18. reign, the clan's productions rose to world class, with visual
  19. choreography worthy of Broadway. They hit their stride in the
  20. 1980s, illuminating such celebrations as the Brooklyn Bridge and
  21. Statue of Liberty centennials in New York and a series of
  22. presidential Inaugurals.
